Mandatory 2 factor authentication

As of October 14 2026, all ELMA logins are required to use two factor authentication (2FA). Login attempts from users for whom 2FA is not enabled will display a QR code that can be scanned by a 2FA authentication app. If service or access point providers previously have used shared accounts, this practice should now stop. We encourage the creation of separate user accounts for each individual user that should access the provider account: 1. Log in to your access point or service provider account. 2. Visit 'Admin -> Users' to register new users.
